1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Aifreetoolz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our AI tools, including Video Generation, Image Generation, and Voice Synthesis. 2. AI Content & Usage Policy User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the prompts provided and the content generated. Prohibited Content: You agree not to use our services to create: Deepfakes of real people without consent. Explicit, hateful, or illegal material. Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property or copyrights. AI Accuracy: You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, biased, or inconsistent. Aifreetoolz does not guarantee the truthfulness of generated text or realism of generated media. 3. Ownership of Output Generated Content: Subject to your compliance with these terms, you own the content you generate using our platform. License to Us: By using the service, you grant Aifreetoolz a limited license to host and process your content to provide and improve our AI models. 4. Payments, Credits & Refunds Credit System: Our tools (Aifreetoolz v1 Image, Sora Video, etc.) operate on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed upon successful generation. No Refunds: Due to the high GPU processing costs associated with AI generation, all purchases are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of verified system failures where credits were deducted without providing output. 5. API Providers & Limitations Our services utilize third-party APIs (OpenAI, ElevenLabs). We are not liable for any downtime, outages, or changes in policy from these providers that may affect our service availability. 6. Account Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate any of these Terms or engage in "Prompt Injection" or "System Abuse." 7. Limitation of Liability Aifreetoolz and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of AI-generated media.
