At aifreetoolz.com, we strive to provide the highest quality AI tools. However, due to the high computational costs (GPU usage) involved in generating AI media, we have a strict refund policy. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refunds on Used Credits
General Rule: All purchases of credits, subscription plans, or top-ups are final and non-refundable.
Reason: Once you initiate a generation (video, image, or voice), the computing resources are instantly consumed and paid for by us to our providers (OpenAI, Aifreetoolz, ElevenLabs). We cannot "un-generate" the media to recover these costs.
2. Exceptions (When We WILL Refund)
We are fair. You are eligible for a full or partial refund only in the following cases:
System Failure: If credits were deducted from your account but no output was generated due to a server error or timeout.
Double Charge: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction.
Technical Defect: If the generated file is corrupted (e.g., 0-byte file, unplayable video) due to a platform bug. Note: Bad artistic output does not count as a technical defect.
3. Satisfaction & Artistic Output
AI Unpredictability: AI generation is experimental. We cannot guarantee that the output will match exactly what you imagined.
No Refunds for "Bad" Results: We do not offer refunds if you are simply unsatisfied with the artistic style, composition, or quality of the AI generation, provided the system functioned correctly.
4. Subscription Cancellation
Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your dashboard.
Effect: Cancellation stops future billing. Your existing credits will remain valid until the end of the current billing cycle.
Unused Credits: Unused credits from a cancelled subscription are not refundable for cash.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you have a valid claim under Section 2, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction:
